Sushi Wawa brings together fresh Japanese flavours, quality ingredients and a menu made for exploring. From premium Tasmanian salmon and South Australian kingfish to carefully selected wagyu, fresh produce and house-made sauces, every dish starts with ingredients worth talking about.

Our menu moves from classic sushi favourites through to sashimi, nigiri, signature rolls, hot dishes, rice bowls, noodles, share plates and our own modern takes on Japanese flavours, including the much-loved Sushi Wawa tacos.
